Damn they're like a gypsy paving crew in construction LOL
The Aviator players have been told that the Candoos have folded, but, from the mouth of a Candoo player, they will be getting their pads and stuff tonight. Still trying to get some confirmation on this little tidbit......

...was ready to play tonight at Columbia, if the Stingers turf comes in. Plus, Green Cove already played one game. I guess those two would be in the ICU ward rather than brain-dead.

I believe Los Angeles has a game under their belt as well.

The list will grow.. There's only one NIFL team in Texas which is Beaumont. I got from a reliable source that CG wants the other Fort Worth indoor team to go down and play Beaumont on Sat. night. He promised them that he'll pay for the cost of the bus to get there adn back, but hasn't said anything about the players getting paid or insurance if someone gets hurt.

Yep, TP owns Greensboro.
Sorry, I thought they were in a little better health since it appeared as if they hosted (and won) a home game, drawing actual fans.
Since TP owns them, place them under the header "Ticking Time Bomb"

Has anyone seen the LA arena? Go to http://www.industryexpocenter.com and under where it says "Visit our facilities" click on "The Grand Arena" and look at the pics. IT'S OPEN AIR. And either it has a lot of skylights or it isn't a complete solid roof.

Actually I think TP doesn't own the team anymore, but I could be wrong.

For being open air, Industry Hills looks like it could have better amenities than the prefab and very indoor Idaho Center. A horse barn with an overhanging scoreboard with video screens?
Besides, seems it never rains in Southern California. Of course, with the volatility of global warming being promised, one wonders if "Blade Runner" might end up having the right idea.

I really hate to play the Devil's advocate when it comes to the NIFL. But in this particular case, if the Grand Arena at the Industry Expo Center can host gymnastics, karate tournaments and boxing events, then it should be able to host indoor football. The expo center as a whole appears to be a very nice and well run facility. Definately one of the better ones that the NIFL has chosen this season. Now, whether or not an indoor football game actually gets played there still remains to be seen.

I think there are two issues with the venue being able to host other events. First, the organizers of those other events know what they are doing. For instance, it looks like the karate tournament had the foresight to lay something underneath their mats to even out the surface. Second, those other events probably don't require a single vast area as big as an indoor football field. It's easier to work around things with a bunch of mats than it is with one big field.

If you look closely at the Grand Arena...the scoreboard is huge and hangs down in the center. It's going to be impossible to kickoff in that building.

I'm moving Fort Worth to the dead list.
We have our first replacement team of the season. According to the Fort Worth Regulator's site, the Regulators of the APFL are going to fill the Sixers spot Saturday at Beaumont.

I believe Los Angeles has a game under their belt as well.
That alone may qualify them to host a playoff game!!

Was wondering...where are the HAWGS now? How many other cities has TP ripped off over the past two years?

The Hawgs are now the Daytona Beach Thunder in the WIFL, the Thunderbolts are in the AIFA and the Ghostriders (known as the Kreatures during the TP era) are in the WIFL. He sold them off before he fled town on every one.
