I am looking for any information on player eligibilty for the AHL, CHL, UHL, SEHL, WHA2 (EHL now)
For example are there vetran rules and if so what are they, salary caps etc...

Your eligibiliy basically has to be being able to play at that level. As far as veteran rules go generqally a team in any minor league has a 2-3 veteran rule which consists of 250 pro games played.
