Hopefully at least one of you will be at the Kansas-Iowa game on Saturday night...

To be short.. I will be looking for the specs for the Iowa uniforms..

I can usually pick up a picture(s) from online sources...

If not.. I may be trying to pick your brains on some of the details... base colors.. helmet-uni-pants... and any stripes, contrasting colors on the shoulders or sleeves, pants stripes, socks color etc etc etc..

And of course I will have the same question on the Colorado Stars and the Wisconsin Locomotvies..

I'll take a few snapshots for you. From what's been said, the Iowa team has some good ballplayers and jumed out 30-8 on the MM. Hopefully we'll have some good ball this week. Also heard the Colorado team picked up many players off the Ft. Collins NIFL team.

Sorry I didn't see this before cuz I did have my digital camera and could have taken pictures.

But from what I remember, yellow helmets, black pants with side yellow stripe, I think it was wider up near the waste than towards the bottom (went into a v?). Black jerseys with a yellow side strip starting at the underarm and down to the pants where the stripe continued. Black socks. To be honest, they looked like bumblebees! LOL

I'm still trying to get the IFL Texas Hammerheads, Dusters, and the Rumble... San Angelo has a pretty good shot of what I presume to be their uni on their site... Can't see a pant stripe... And no way to see the socks... I'll be trying to pick up pics via their sites and papers.. I'll send ya what I get..

Just to touch on a few things from FB Chick's message. They did wear solid yellow helmets with black face masks. The logo on the helmet was the one from the website (iowablackhawks.com). It was clear with black outline. Numbers on the jerseys were yellow, large block numbering on the front and back, no names. I did get a few pics, but were mostly action shots. I'll send over what I have as soon as I get a chance. I also noticed that they place a team photo on their site. That should help out a bit too.
