Word from the basketball grapevine. Not cofirmed yet. But it was rumored to be coming the past 3 weeks.

The major investors in the ABA to have a conference call April 3rd or 6th and pull the plug on the ABA. This means they will agree to file a law suit to shut it down.

SO any owner can have all the great ideas you want..you DONT control the fate of the ABA since NO owner is an investor in the ABA, except one. I think I may know How Rochester will vote !! LOL

Besides since the ABA has gone public, How come no owners invested in it?
That speaks volumes.

If so - could you please provide us with detailed reports on what owners were present, what was said, etc.?

If you could sneak in a recorder and provide us with audio, that would be awesome.
