The article and posts on OSC will be sent today to select states Attorneys offices to get the ball rolling on an investigation. Also Copies will be sent to the SEC. ENOUGH of this !! Mississippi is willing to sign any statement to start the investigation.
Parts of the settlement agreement between Doyle and Joe. I do not have access to the whole settlement but working on it. Indiana does have the filing that both sides dismised their law suits.
" Mr. Newman will remain CEO and Chairman of the Board till December 31, 2010, One hundred-twenty days prior to the retirement date, Mr. Newman will have sole authority in choosing a successor. Mr. Newman will remain as a consultant after the retirement date for a period of 5 years with all benefits afforded to him"
