I have a copy of an e-mail from Joe to The Arkansas owner. Looks like Joe decided to make some money off of Rochester. The e-mail says that Joe will make Rochester give Arkansas 25 % of the gate reciepts. Joes says there will be 7,000 fans there at $ 20.00 a ticket thats $ 140,000. You get about $ 30,000 and I will have Rochester give the ABA 10%. This will be under the profit sharing arangement I have just started. Arkansas owner sent this to Rochester. So looks like this also played into Rochesters very smart decision.
The Arkansas owner refused and said thats not right. Next day Arkansas quit the ABA. Joe spins crap that they were suspended, the owner is a bad guy , players not paid. How does anyone join the ABA when Joe himself couldnt run a team and owes $ 800,000 to players and teams fold left and right?
Joe called Rochester's owners "Garbage" in the Vermont newspaper. I call the Rochester owners " SMART"
What teams will leave the ABA by April 2, 2006?

Cglue/Larry
I asked you to stop or Ill post what I have on you ! You still continue to belittle my posts. so therefore:
December 28, 2006. When you found out that Doyle wants the teams to put up a perfromance bond to insure they all play. You screamed that " Doyle wants to create a "rich white mans league" and he should be removed. Now deny that Larry because on the conference call that day there were 6 people in the room. One called me and told me. Let me look at my notes again. Yup, 12-28-2006 3:04pm
Shall I provide anything else Larry? I have more...
Be Carefull in what you say is fabrication.....

They were told this the second time by Brad on the Sunday before the final power rankings came out on Monday. BOOM! The rankings hit and the perspective changed a little because of the possibility of two more road games and losing the two home gates. Yes, to win it, you have to go anywhere and beat anyone. Money was obviously an issue, and some of you have agreed that Joe basically blew it with the team by his (or Brad's) lies. Sure, he said travel expenses to Rochester, for example, would be taken care of, but my opinion is (someone, please correct me if I am wrong) that 'help' Joe mentioned would have come from the Rochester pocket book and not the ABA's. That's where I get lost because I have never read a thing about the ABA picking up the tab on anything (except the Prize Money game whih I heard their check bounced once or twice to the Aeros before it was made good).

When Arkansas Connections speaks I would listen.
LOL he thinks you Bob Hoffman.
Te ABA is such a joke really when a team wins the championship in the ABA are they the true champions? Rankings why do playoffs have to do with rankings I don't understand why not go by records? It works in most sports dosent it?

Well, there's a problem with that. In the ABA, schedules are so unbalanced that it doesn't work. Often, a region will collapse so the same two teams play each other a ton of times. Consequently, you can't put much weight on one's record, as that team you end up facing could be a terrible team.
But, they should come up with a ranking model that's clear. College sports manage to do this because they also don't play even schedules. So they take the difficulty of schedule into account. The current subjective method leaves too much room for controversy.
