this next game is going to be a doozy!! there's been much theatre in the old Aud the last couple of nights with a third-wheel team watching the game from up close (and jawing with whoever). i don't have time to expound right now but there's myriad small grudges being "decided" tomorrow night in Minot. Xplosion played tough tonight. Minot's gonna be lucky to have any legs left under them against the Patroons . . . . I have a feeling this next one is going to go down in CBA lore . . . .
by the way, the Aud will always be the Aud . . . . this "Launchpad" crap they're trying to call it is ridiculous . . . . very goofy. the powers that be with the s'rockets can do better . . . they need to can the "launchpad" bizness.
The X have been on a tear since the break, winning 7 of our last 8 and two of three on the road now. And we still host Minot for two of our last three home games.
As for Albany going in, the Skyrockets will have to give it their all, but it is tough to play 3 straight back to back, let alone two. I would love to see Minot beat Albany again tonight(if only becasue of Richardson), if the Skyrockets have anything left.
We only have 9 wins(compared to everyone else), but I love every one of them!!

if you remember I stated that Minot, Albany and Yakama will be the toast of the League. I also stated that Great Falls will not win. College coaches do not win in this league. Apex made two terrible coaching choices in Eggers and the Butte coach who resigned. Great Falls will continue to slip. College offenses do not work in the pro game. Also, Apex's Director of Basketball operations has no clue about the pro game. Well it looks as though those predictions were right on the money. Here are two more predictions, Butte will catch Great Falls for second place or at least a tie. Also, Michael Ray will not be the coach in Albany next year.
were at the game in Minot on Wednesday night, in their loss to Albany?

strickland for Albany had a nice game and really talked smack with the crowd. at one point with about 2 minutes left in the game he was yappin' towards the minot bench when his teammate attempted to pass him the ball. he wasn't paying attention and it hit him in the chest and minot went down for a layup. minot looked pretty listless. ferguson wasn't really 'on' and didn't get many looks. minot cut melvin scott who i thought was pretty good at keeping minot in their offense and he shot pretty good at times. darnell miller was back for minot but i don't really like his game. he was part of a minor melee that broke-out in the 4th quarter when somebody hard fouled kareem reid. i predicted something like that would happen. 3 technicals were given out and reid was tossed. it was his second T on the night. he probably shouldn't have been given the second one as he really didn't do anything . . . he got driven out of bounds hard and didn't really even retaliate. what happened to Jamairo Moon? i haven't checked the CBA site yet to see the transactions . . . . overall it was a great CBA atmosphere in Minot last night. not a great crowd but decent . . . and they were loud. the Minot fans love heckling Micheal Ray and Strickland. I gotta admit though that some, not all, of the Minot fans can be a little embarrassing at times as they're a little short on pro ball knowledge. that is, they don't understand some of the rules and no-calls. anyways, great CBA entertainment last night -- Marvin Phillips is arguably the most electrifying player in the league in my humble opinion. i know he's not a great scoring threat all the time but the ooohs and ahhs abound when he's in the game or touches the ball with his high-flying, power dunk act. kenyon gamble had some nice blocks for Minot too. I'm looking forward to following the title series regardless of who gets in. --Cazzzmo in Minot
Cazzzmo, but that did not answer my question(if you need reminding, scroll back up).
Marvin Phillips used to be with us, before we traded for Eric Williams, who has done a great job! I liked Phillips, but I'm glad we got Williams.

Wow, simple research, not taht hard to do. You waited yesterday to get this information, and yet you didnt even try to look it up yourself. Lazy.
I've been on this board a lot longer than you. I asked a simple question, which I appreciate your answer for. In case you forgot, I don't live in Minot. The local paper did not have the figures in, or I would not have asked. And Albany's website did not have it either. So don't give me that rubbish about how easy it is, or your other sarcastic answers. Save it for someone else.

I don't care how old you are. You can pull seniority all night long and it wont bother me.
By the way, I don't live in Minot either, I just decided to waste my precious time for you, so your question could be answered.
I'll give you credit for looking it up online at the Minot and Albany website. That's where I started, but then I said to myself:
"Self, where else could I find these figures for grandpa so he doesn't get so upset, and continue to ask the same question over and over."
And then, the light shine through my blinds and focused on my CBA Website Tab on my browser. I was shock to think that some power beyond me answered the question.
Thus, I spend 28 seconds clicking around on the site and BANG there it was.
Love always,
Your Grandson!:-D
