View Full Version : St. Louis Skyhawks
Now that the USBL is about to tipoff, I noticed that the St. Louis Skyhawks are not updating their website with any useful info for their fans and USBL fans to get info from. Some things never change.

[quote="Indy"]Good point! There should be about 12 players, but only a few are mentioned. I'm willing to help out with the updating of their web site. Hopefully, one day, my son will play with them!!!

Tell me about it. The Cedar Rapids RiverRaiders just started their inagural season last night...no roster on the website (except the same 3 that have been listed for months) and no news on winning their first game anywhere, just the USBL draft results. Oh well, will be in attendance tomorrow afternoon for Kansas at CR. Hopefully we can make it 2-0
It just amazes me that some of these teams don't utilize their website to market and promote their teams ro the fans in their city and across the league where people just might surf by to see what is going on with their team. Maybe the USBL should mandate certain requirements on a team website or face a fine. This can't be good for the image of the league. It's not like they are at a major league level where the product on the court is good enough.
St. Louis not having new info is no surprise. They have a high school coach running the show and probably have some grade schoolers handling the web site. They haven't even turned in the box score to the league yet for last night's game.
Cedar Rapids IS a surprise. They have some top-notch people involved with the franchise and I won't be surprised if they win 20 games this season.
Brevard and Adirondack have always done a good job updating their sites. Dodge City, too. Kansas is better than most.
Best place for rosters is to simply go to the USBL site.
