There wont be a Vancouver BC team until the CBA 2010-2011 season.

Valid reasons: "Dont want have the pro team lost in the glow of the Games"

Actual reason: Couldn't get their act together no matter what happened.

I guess no other minor league team has ever had to deal with a two-week Winter Olympics in their market.
