Rochester took it rather easily 131-102. Ming had four points and nine rebounds, and he still certainly looks like a work in progress. The Razorsharks seem to be heating up for the stretch run though--we'll see how they do with a few upcoming on the road. The Razorsharks won their 33rd straight home game, and the crowd of 6,812 made it through straight home games in excess of 5,000. With Vermont the next home game, the Razorsharks will have a significant challenge to that winning streak.

looks like Ming is a long way from the nba, but playing in the ABA will help, jus needs to keep workin at it, and play more

i witnessed Buffalo beat Vermont yestaday, i wouldnt be surprised if Rochester did the same, no doubt Vermont is a good team, and a great franchise, i jus dont think they're the best, but not far from it, if they would play Rochester more and even us (good ol Buffalo) instead of Newark, and Montreal quite a few times they might have more losses or even a few wins that werent easy and close games, then we would see how good they really are, but no doubt they are a well-run team with great chemistry with great players, but personally i cant call em the best at this point

The Razorsharks are better than VT. VT got lucky twice against Buffalo.

First time they beat us was w/o Kueth and we jus got Lamar and wasnt scoring like he has been in the last 3months, and the 2nd time that goaltending call was questionable, very questionable

VT is truly a talented team that is well coached. They just have so many wins versus the less talented teams in the area that they have started to suffer against the Buffalo team and surely against Rochester. VT will have their hands more than full when they come to Rochester on the 7th. They were down by almost 30 the last time they were here so let's see what they are truly made of.

It's interesting--albeit not surprising--that Nighthawks and Razorsharks press releases aren't getting posted on the ABA site. Granted, I don't know if they aren't sending them or if Mr. Newman isn't posting them.

Rochester is sending them.

If they are sending them to the league, it just speaks to the lack of professionalism. Even further, you'd think they'd like to highlight the fact Rochester has drawn just under 18,000 in its last three games for ABA basketball. But, there's obviously bitterness involved. Given how subjective the rankings are, I can't help but to wonder if it's going to hurt them there.

Speaking of hurting, Rochester at Brooklyn has been cancelled, due to the Razorsharks refusing to travel there, for whatever reason. The re-match in Rochester has also been cancelled.
