Call the ABA office in Maryland and you will get:
"The Board of Directors of the ABA has not been presented any application for a franchise
for Syracuse, New York, therefore there is no franchise approved by the Board of Directors of the ABA for Syracuse, New York.
Looks like a case of Joe out of control........ the purchaser should check with the Board, remember this is a public company and Joe is NOT the CEO as of this date. Franchises are approved by the Board not Joe.
Violation after violation, Joe is racking them up daily.
