Joe has filed one last Law suit, this time in federal court to try to overturn the vote of the board that ousted him. The law firm he hired is from California, looks like no one in the mid-west would take that case. This is his last chance and it doesnt look good. If you look at the SEC web site, Doyle et al., have done everything by the letter of the law and Joe's 12:01 am vote to oust the Doyle group will not hold up in court. It didnt hold up in the lower courts and it wont hold up in federal court. I guess that answers the question of who is CEO, if Joe if suing to get it back, he then currently is NOT the CEO.

There is a certain amount of logic to that argument. Here's the latest SEC filing:

"...the struggle for control has resulted in the cancellation of several games, delay in pay to the players and loss of sponsorship deals."
In other words...business as usual.

It may be late this coming week before we hear anything more substantial.

...in that Indy paper's article, as quoted above:
"the struggle for control has resulted in the cancellation of several games, delay in pay to the players and loss of sponsorship deals."
I think we all know these team problems have nothing to do with the current league leadership tussle--and many have to do with the OLD LEADERSHIP!
