And in the midst of chaos, something thrives...

It is nice to see something positive amidst all of the turmoil. Way to go Jacksonville for getting a sponsor for that type of event.

as far out in the boonies as it was, I was at the game. Stress anyone? Both teams are great players but I want to see what happens with out of conference play. That will be the decider.

GO JAM!!!!

an interesting finish to the season for the Southeast Division!

Some pretty exciting changes made to the Jam schedule :-D

And some rather very large changes made to the Miami schedule

Important note: According to the new schedules ... the 02/18/07 game, which was originally scheduled to be the last division series game between the Jam and the Tropics is NO MORE.

Is there NO MORE blood to be shed? :infun: I want to be entertained!!!

Let's get that 36th game added to the schedule!

You may be one, of only a few teams in the entire ABA, to play all 36 ...

"We're ready to Jam!" :-D

get their 20th win of the season with a 117-88 victory over the Orlando Aces!

Not only the 20th game but the "Sheriff" was in town and he tossed up 2, yes 2 three pointers!

This is one shooting by the Sheriffs Dept that comes up as good news all around!

With as good as I'm hearing about how the Jam are, I would think the facility would be at least half full.

for a first season team in the ABA the Jam usually averages about 15 to 17 hundred in the seats and has been steadily building up. How many fans do the Aeros attract? or any of the first year teams, regardless of their standings in the power rankings.

a pair of drachmas.

The Jam have scheduled their 36th game against the Orlando Aces, in O-Town on Friday, March 09, 2007 at 7:05 p.m.

Nothing better than 36 games scheduled = 36 games played!

Hopefully if the Jam remain successful, maybe they'll try to get the hell out of the ABA.... NBDL perhaps? It'd be a good fit for the Heat, Magic, and Hawks...just an idea..

Don't even try to convince us that the ABA has more class than the D-League. Any league would be an improvement over the ABA. Give me your e-mail and I'll send you some info from my local Y men's league ... even that would be a step up.

He was talking about the Jax Jam organization ... not the ABA!

From last Sunday forward, Jacksonville wins 3 games ... and Texas wins 1 game ...

And the Tycoons are #3 in the ABA Power Rankings just released ... and the Jam are #4 ...

And now, your Florida Division Champions JACKSONVILLE JAM!

In those same rankings, Miami suddenly fell off without mention, so I assume they're done.

It was a great game, Jacksonville has a podcast for each home game Here is the link http://www.audiosportsonline.net/ABA/Teams/Jacksonville/Broadcast.htm it was a good game, it was low scoring as Jam games go so there was some great defensive work being done on both sides. the podcast recording should be available tuesday it has not yet been archived.

2 stars in the sky.
