As explain to me by someone who knows securites law. Look up ABKB Wednedsday on the SEC website. There will be a form called an 8-K that will explain what happened. This is a federal document. It will more than likely show that Joe was voted out by a 3 -2 count. It will also have a copy of the press release that was sent out to inform everyone that Joe is out. Thats why Joe's press release says " Dissident Board members", of course Joe would say that. The Rochester owner is a shareholder and has legal rights, which Im sure he exercised, again Joe would call him a highjacker. The Brax guy put up money to go public and saw what Joe is doing and threaten more than likely to sue, again Joe would call him a Hijacker. The man who runs space 150 for the ABA web didnt get paid by Joe. He pulls the plug. So whats explained to me is that Joe can call a shareholders meeting to vote himself back in, the problem is too many shareholders know how bad he is for the company, so Joe has to spin that everyone is evil. NOW finally this all makes sense !!!
So make sure you click on the SEC web site as I will and read for yourselves.

Joe " I would kick out Rochester and Maryland, and also Tom Doyle and John Salley. I wouldnt pay for the web site. I would award at least 2 franchises a day, I would listen to myself on the internet radio of how wonerful I am. I would save the company money and not pay the $ 850,000 judgement. I would make sure I spend money on attorneys suing successful franchises. I would make side deals for myself and make sure my daughter gets to sell basketballs. I would also give my son in law a job as Vice president of operations. I would make sure that I have no assets and let my wife sign the business checks even though she is not an officer of the company."

stock jumped to 80¢ yesterday, but fell back down to 57¢ today.

In said filing, I especially like the clause about how the executive board is going to "review all agreements executed by Mr. Newman on behalf of the Company to ensure such agreements were properly authorized by the Company's board of directors."

I'd say the coup is complete. The rebels have taken the capitol (or in this case capital?). The dictator is on the run, hiding in the jungle looking for loyal troops to try a counter insurgency (or in this case, in 20 days, he is going to try to get rid of those who crossed him).
