You be the judge. I will just go over the Razorharks owners law suit.
Public Knowledge, easy to get in Cook County, Illinois
count one: Money was given to Niagra to pay for travel expenses to play in Rochester. Joe did not pay back.
Count two: Players were sent to Miami for all start game, Joe did not reimburse
Count Three: Costs to hold Great 8 in Rochester not paid back by Joe.
Count Four: ABA owers meeting in Chicago, Rochester owner paid for hotel. JOe did not pay back.
Count five: Joe says Ill give you ABA stock to pay you back, Joe never does.
The law suit is aganist Joe Newman NOT the ABA.
SO now Joe says that Rochester owner is hijacking the league. I dont know who is nuttier, Joe or his attorneys !
A call to my relative who is a corporate attorney says....Joe is out for sure but he will kick and scream for a few days. Im assuming that he must owe the Brax guy money too...so that makes him a hijacker also.
