I imagine what we have here more resembles a good, ole fashioned, 1960s-style coup-de-tete. The rebel forces have surrounded the city, and may or may not have taken the airport. Dictator Joe's forces still hold the capital city itself and some of the suburbs. Dictator Joe still controls the TV and radio station and makes an appearence to show he is in control. The ABA is still in the balance and the battles are raging.
