Hmmm. I wonder if Joe fought it in court and the judgement was awarded or if he ignored it and the judgement was merely entered?

Also i wondered why the debtor(s) would've waited so long (since 2001) but they must've caught wind that Joe got a few mil in the 'going public' deal!

I'm surprised they could still move forward after 5 years without going after him before now...and now we know why he uses Connie's checking account all these years!!!!
