I have heard that negotiations are ongoing to attract an affiliated minor league team to Springfield, MO and the new Hammons Field. Has anyone heard any details about which franchise may be headed this way?
I have heard St. Louis and KC, but I believe that to be mildly wishful thinking since they are the neighboring teams. (Although either would be great) Just wondering, it's been awfully quiet since it was first talked about.
