Are you kidding me did you see that line, one of the best I have ever seen at any level. I am issuing an apology for questioning his skills, in a post after watching him wander aimlessly around the sundome court in Yakima. He will go from the most overrated to a sure NBA callup.

We, here in Pgh., have already caught it! This is the best I've felt all season!
Now he's doing what we've always known he could do. This was our first Division win. I'm sure he will be this week's league MVP. I think more wins will come for us now, hopefully some at home also.

..though it is clear he needed the year in the CBA. He has had a few games like this recently.

Pittsnogle was unbelieveable last night. I only remember him missing two shots in which there was no contact. He was unconcious. Overall, Pittsburgh had a great game, and really looked unbeatable.

That was the worst game I've seen Minot play though. Credit Pittsburgh for putting out a great effort, when the other team wasn't in the game from the beginning. Minot's on a bad slide, losing 3 of their original starters to injury with two of them out for the season. But injuries are part of the game, and now it's time for the others to step up. Will be interesting to see if Minot bounces back tonight against the Explosion.

I know that coaches expect a lot of their players and emphasize winning, as they should. But I'm glad to see the Xplosion come alive, especially since they had a big lead and lead for much of the game vs. Great Falls(in the first game), only to lose in o.t.. That was very frustrating to watch, after we should have won. It would be nice if the Xplosion can come back home with a winning streak. But I'll settle for the win, at this time, and take it from there. Hopefully, Pittsnogle will catch on fire now. We(here in Pgh.) could use that.
But I also understand that Minot has key players out. The Skyrockets have a good team and a great coach. I'd like to see us get another win, but I'm not expecting it.

..is what Kevin has to do to make the NBA. He isn't quite there yet.

That's going to take him a while to learn, to be consistant. In the meantime, it's hurting us that we have no other leaders, who are more consistant. We have a few on the IR list also. Bryant McAllister, our other star, returned from the list, but went back on again recently, along with Devaugn Halsal. We need a healthy team.

..is that is one reason he's in the CBA, so you get to see him.

what an interesting player.

I enjoyed watching him play the skyrockets on wed and thurs. i have to say i was amazed by the guys shooting talent, but what is different about him is that he doesn't really fit into any of the traditional roles. meaning, it seems he lacks the strength to be a power forward or a 5, and doesn't have the speed/agiliy to be a 3. Having said that, he seems to be doing just fine with the skills and abilities he has. I look forward to tracking his stats this year and seeing him again, even though he dropped a 40 on my team. :)

True Paunchess.

Frozen, that is what he is capable of doing-scoring 44. Unfortunately, he has not yet learned to be consistant, which he will need to make it to the NBA. He also needs to learn to be more defensive, which I've seen from him at times. We will win some games this year(hopefully at home too). But I think it will be a while before he sees the NBA(as a call-up).
Of the other choices he has had to play at, he is closer to his home in W.Va., so I'm glad he calls Pgh. home now.
