So far:

Toledo is "under new management"
Anderson has ceased operations
Baltimore is ka-poot
Las Vegas Venom cashed out
Monterrey Poison look to have closed up shop
Brooklyn Wonders

am I missing anyone? What's the state of the ABA Union?

So far 82% of the games have been played... I don't think any professional sport can get away with that... if this were minor league baseball no one would show up, so why is anyone surprised...

I was planning on going to the Monterrey-Rivercats game tonight in Pine Bluff and won't make the trip from Little Rock if there won't be a game. So, what's the scoop on Monterrey?

Monterrey is still alive at last notice. I believe he got them mixed up with MExicali.

From what I remember about their schedule it was Houston not going down there then they had the games scheduled with Mexicali who went AWOL.. I guess I will know when I get down there tonight..

Houston is now known as just the 'Takers' after doing away with the 'under'.

In addition, Mexcali is gone.

What happened to the Columbia Rottweilers? I thought they were suppose to begin play this season but haven't seen anything in the local media except for the announcement that they were awarded a franchise.

Can somebody post any confirmed reports that the Anderson Champions have collapsed? Their myspace page still says they're going to play a game on Jan 12.

Apparently some "new" team known as the Gary Giants (Indiana I assume) played the Minnesota Ripknees last night. I assume this is the relocated/ reconstituted Anderson Champions. The article from the Ripknees site says that the team relocated from Twin Cites but who knows.

I was told the team that played in Minnesota last night was indeed the Twin City Ballers and not the Anderson Champions.

I confirmed through the team that they are alive and kicking.
