From hearing what people who went to the games said, I doubt that they are all that high. And why did you post this under the CBA forum? The ABA forum is becoming the CBA forum, and the CBA forum is becoming the D-LEague forum.

Where are you getting your figures from?
Sioux Falls is averaging 4026 per game
Bakersfield is at 3065 per game
Dakota is at 2869
Idaho is at 2651
Colorado is at 2220
Austin is at 2032
Arkansas is at 1932
Fort Wayne is at 1857
Anaheim is at 1570 (they drew 3,151 for opening night vs. LA and they have played 4 home games not 2, if they averaged 0 in the other 3 home games they still would have out drawn your figures)
Tulsa is at 1372
Albuquerque is at 1357 (is the only figure you were correct)
I agree with Heavesrock, what is the point of posting about a league on a different league discussion forum(I did it once, only because I forgot where I was posting)? So what if those are the NBDL numbers?

Mzracing76's posts seems to relate to the CBA quite well. Three of the top five NBADL teams in attendance are recent former CBA teams. That is also why I am posting a quote from today's NWI Times article here. It seems to relate:
http://nwitimes.com/articles/2006/12/26/business/business/0f6755c30523f5628625724c0064be03.txt
The Steelheads had average attendance of 2,100 last season in an arena that can hold 6,000. The new owners want to get back to the 2,700 average reached in the 2003-04 season.
Heck! The 2,100 CBA fans Gary averaged was during a season of turmoil (little time to market--lack of funds) and that average still trumps most of the current CBA and NBADL teams.
I get mzracing76's point. I made somewhat the same point long ago. The current CBA is populated by a bunch of bad teams--forget the NBADL, they've always had poor performers at the gate.
...just wondering. Have there been any NBA call-ups from the CBA yet? How many call-ups by this point in the schedule last season? Just wondering.

Yakima Appears To Be One Of The Top Drawing Teams In All The Minor Leagues. They Have A Nice Facility, What Do You Think The Chances Of Them Going To The Nbdl. I Dont Beleive The Cba Can Go On As A Glorified Aba.
Ok, so Albany and Yakama are the best teams in the league, both record and at the gate. And everyone knows that the Xplosion have yet to get a win. But I'm confident they will, just as I'm sure they will be around for a long time, despite what any critics say.

You ask me where i got those Numbers from? well, umm..
I got them from the NBDL and CBA websites. SIoux Falls is not averaging no 4000 fans per game, i can tell you that much, i keep a eye on the boxscores.
but as for where i got the numbers, YOu can get them from the Box Scores on the NBDL Site. just goto the schedule page. as for the LA Defenders? um, unless someone helps me out, they did not have their Attendance Reported in the Box Scores. and Anahiem only had 2 games reported. I understand they get some people to attend their games. but the one game i heard on the radio when SIoux Falls played in LA, you could hear Pin and Needles drop in the back ground. they play at the Staples Center? damn, that would be the worst place to play for a Minor League team.
Heavystock? do you have a problem with me?
MZ
ps, it was alot easier getting the attendance figures from the CBA than it was for the NBDL..i should say, took less time. they are better organized on their website atleast.
Yes, I recall checking a few NBDL box scores for the turnouts. As far as L.A., in one thread, on here, I seem to remember where I posted my findings after reading a paper that said the defenders barely had anyone at one of their games(70). So that may be why you never see any.
As far as the CBA, I have to read articles about those games in order to find their attendence.

The Boxscores do not always list the attedance figures, I got my figures from a website, and after I counted up Sioux falls attendance using boxscores you and the internet source were wrong(they only had the skyforces 1st 3 games counted):
vs. Dakota 5772
vs. Idaho 3137
vs. Idaho 3167
vs. Arkansas 2909
vs. Arkansas 3273
vs. Austin 3377
vs. Colorado 4693
Total 26328/ 7= 3761 per game
P.s.- why is it that you refered to me as an idiot on the NBDL board and on this board you use double negatives? You need to unwind, web beef is for suckers, why take on guys for asking questions, just answer the question without getting your mullet all out of place.
"And expect coach Cliff Levingston, a member of two NBA championship Bulls teams, to be showing up at schools and your local Rotary or Lions clubs.
"You just don't roll out the basketball and play," Harris said."
What does he mean???? He's never talked to the living legend, Joe Newman!
That's how it works in the ABA! :D

You are wrong, Sioux Falls has reported all their attendance figures except for the first 2 games on NBDL Schedule. and we are not averaging 4000 fans.
I would know my own team.
