This new league has a very well done homepage, if this attention to detail is any indication of how they are going to run their league it looks like it could emerge as an Independent Baseball league favorite. Good luck in the upcoming season.
The link below is to their homepage:

Indeed, the folks heading up the front office for the South Coast League appear to have their act together. I've met everyone from the Bradenton Juice (Omar, Billie, Larry, etc.) and they're very genuine people as well. We wish them the best! Happy Holidays everyone!

They need to start updating the stats and standings!

Standings seem to get updated every day.
I really like the concept of this league.
Hopefully those in charge of homepage can keep fans up to date.

Yeah, since that post things have changed dramatically. For the first few weeks we were being treated to a "Coming in 2007" page for the League stats.

Now it's great. Updated every day, you can sort the list based on ERA, batting avg, etc. They're doing a very good job.

I couldn't agree more with this league. Do you think the fans (Especially in Macon) can support it in the long term?

For this league to stay in Macon it will have to be constantly marketed well.
The city leaders will need to support it also. The rivalry series is a great idea.
Maybe a couple more teams in the league in the future could also create a little more interest.Hopefully the Juice will find a place to play. Why not Tallahassee ?
