Question -- Has your team already booked deals with hotels, airline (not likely in the regular season), and Greyhound buses with the schedule already out? If not, when do you gals (or guys) start to do that? How much time do you need for your team to get a block of hotel rooms before any one particular game? One week? Two weeks? What kind of non-refundable deposit is at risk for a given timeline?
