I'm shocked! In addition, the league has missed its self-appointed deadline for releasing the schedule by nearly four weeks already. In the last month, it has lost two additional teams, Tri-Cities and Rapid City (apparently), and of all the supposed expansion franchises named, only San Diego, a team not even listed on the NIFL website, has any contact information, a known owner or a functioning office.

I agree with you there. There are some good people involved with NIFL teams, at all levels. Some of them have a lot on the line, and this interminable delay is hurting them all, whether they realize it or not.
