HOW about putting an NIFL FRANCHISE in RICHMOND VA if the SPEED dont return. THERE are enough
investors in the area and they can play off the success of the SPEED.

Sounds like a plan too me. Would really help out with OV, MB and the Riverhawks for expansion purposes.

I'D LIKE TO SEE THE NIFL CONSIDER RICHMOND FOR AN EXPANSION NIFL TEAM.

ONE QUESTION, THOUGH - WHAT WOULD RICHMOND BE CALLED IF THEY ARE APPROVED BY THE NIFL?
