The ABA has teams in Canada and Mexico - why not the Philippines or other countries with massive basketball followings. I've seen games in the PBA and would love it if the league could work in tours maybe or even a playoff birth for the champion of the PBA http://www.pba.com.ph/teams.php.html

Personally I'd love to see the San Miguelle Beermen lock horns with the Utah Snowbears most.
