I read that article that 'moses' posted about the new team in Statesville. I would like to see the league better publicized. It is a regional league and that is where minor league basketball should be established.

Just a thought, but shouldnt the teams be paid and established six months prior to, or can a league be thrown together in two months? I mean they may add some teams in the next few weeks which puts the season less than two months away. How do you run an effective team or league that way?

And finally, I have heard that JJ is selling the league. One, how much can it possibly be worth, and two, who would buy something like that?

SOUTH ATLANTIC, do you have any information on the new CBL cities and who JJ is selling the league too.

I have heard that Durham was going to look into a team as well as Rocky Mount, Wilson, and one or two more from the west side of the state. I havent heard any updates so that tells me that it will probably be a three or four team league.

I read back a few months that the league was going to expand by double its numbers last season. It just doesnt appear that will happen in 2004. Too bad though.
