Tonight is the first scheduled regular season game.

Good luck to all the teams and fans - hopefully, the ABA will do something this season it has never done before - play a complete schedule.

Seriously, hope everything somehow goes well and fans have alot to cheer for this season!

Arkansas will kill Monterrey. I least I think they will. Monterrey has only 5 players listed on their roster. Arkansas has Todd Day and other good players. Here's hoping for a good crowd.

150 to 114 Arkansas wins. My first ABA Game. It was alot of fun high scoring. I have alot of pictures and will have them up on my site in the next couple of days. I will post when I have them up. Oh by the way I am the photographer for the Aeros.

Pictures, good. I'd love to see what the turnout was for the opener. Very few teams seem to include that for some reason.

As the season begins, I notice that Richmond, Orlando, Southern Georgia and Mexicali are still without websites. And I've still not heard any updates on the Toledo Ice. While it's good to see that the Texas Tycoons finally played an exhibition game.

Southern Georgia isn't playing until next year.
Toledo has named a coach and GM.

It looks like we have or first casualty of the season with Las Vegas visiting Gallup. I can't imagine either of them being ready in time to play.

For what it's worth, Las Vegas doesn't have the games on their schedule, and GAllup doesn't have a website to put their schedule on, on lets assume neither team had any intention of playing this game.

8 of 9 scheduled games were played over the opening weekend. That is a great start - certainly much better than in past seasons. Glad to see it!

Both games were played last night, too.
