Closest you will get to a "league" is the World Curling Tour. Its website is http://www.worldcurlingtour.com/index.php It is set up along the lines of the PGA/LPGA, not professional team sports.
However, this isn't the most important part of the curling year at least in Canada. The most important part is the Brier for men and Tournament of Hearts for women. These tournaments crown a national champion from amongst the provincial/territorial winners and they go to the World's as Team Canada. All the info on both bonspiels can be found at http://www.curling.ca/
The worlds is run by the World Curling Federation and can be found at http://www.worldcurling.org/ That site also has links for the curling federations around the world, so you can find out if a Texas team for instance has qualified for the US championships, etc. etc.
