So, what happened to the USIFL name? Did the GLIFL/CIFL decide not to use it afterall? Or do they still plan on using it in the future?

There weren't any diverting tactics, but the USIFL name was eliminated from consideration after people had "leaked" it.

Are the two C logos on the team bar place holders or are they there for decoration only?
