did i see in an article that the MARQUETTE RANGERS had an 11 year old player? is this possible?

Can't be 11 yrs. old. Must be 16 or born in 91'. No matter how good you are. New to this Sports Central posting.
Rangers in the NAHL? Well I see that this league has gotten a ton better these past few years.
Teams in the Dakota's, Minnesota and Alaska teams also.
Who are some of the New comers that are out there that may be making NAHL teams?
From Dakota's?
From Minnesota?
Others?

The USHL is still looking to get the players younger (before they even mature), seems the NAHL has expanded to be a good league for those trying to make a College roster and earn Scholarships.
Any thoughts on that?
