I know that Terry Denike is listed as a resigned player with the Florida Seals. I was browsing around the other day on hockey sites and noticed this on the echl website...

Training rosters...

Trenton Titans
Les Haggett, C; Jim Henkel, C; Gregg Johnson, C; Mike Manley, C; Chris Cava (vet), D; Matt Davis, D; Jerramie Domish, D; James Pemberton, D; Rosario Ruggeri, D; Peter Tormey, D; Brian Yandle, D; Terry Denike, G; Joel Martin, G; Scott Selig, L/C; Justin Maiser, LW; Mark Pandolfo, LW; Brian Shalanhammer, LW; Peter Zingoni, LW; Scott Bertoli (vet), LW; Brian McConnell, LW/C; Alex Goupil, RW; Scott Sheppard, RW; Rob Sich, RW.

was wondering if any Florida Seals fans know more about this? was he invited just for the training camp or has he signed now with an echl team? i did not find anything on trenton titans website that he signed with them...i do know that rob sich (who played last year with the seals) who is listed on the training roster has signed with them. on the training roster there are only 2 goalies listed...denike and one other...

I wouldn't worry about it just yet. There are a lot of SPHL players that are going to E camps. Collins from the Antz is going to camp in Gwinnett. While I understand that it is their goal to move up, and I wish them all the best, I am still expecting to see Chad (and the other Antz players that are in camps elsewhere) back here on the 21st. For a lot of these guys, the experience is what they are there for.

this was an update from the echl:

Following are the ECHL transactions for Oct. 13:

TRYOUT PLAYERS RELEASED (unrestricted free agents)
Trenton:
Terry Denike, G
Brian Shalanhammer, F

looks like it is good for denike to return to florida...
