State College to Pittsburgh from Saint Louis (four year deal)
Batavia to Saint Louis from Philadelphia (two year deal)
Williamsport to Philadelphia from Pittsburgh (two year deal)
The State College deal makes sense, since the owners of the team also own Pirates Double-A affiliate Altoona.
I was surprised to see the Phillies leave Batavia after almost 20 years in Western New York.
