They were in the AIFL last year (Only team they beat on the field was the Columbus Blackhawks).

They also got a forfeit win over the Syracuse Soldiers (who they lost to earlier in the regular season).

I'm sure they'll do better in the GLIFL, though.

No doubt about it. I was at the press conference today (well, duh, I'm the league spokesperson, of course I was there). This isn't the same organization as what played last year.

The team, Coach Bowers, GM Gibson...they have been given reigns to do what they need to do to establish the team in the community now and for all the way up till kickoff. The team brought in good business people and a good football guy, and now they're in a position to succeed.

There's going to be quite a high level of football in the GLIFL next year. I can't wait.

Yes I can...I've got a LOT to do before then.

Orange/Black/Silver - the new logo is on the front of the GLIFL site.

It's not up on OSC because Mr. Reeths needs a white background on the logo to put it up.

Umm...not a big fan of the new logo. (A tad to busy for my tastes.)
