The Ultimate Indoor Football League, according to a post on IFF, they are supposed to issue an annoucement Sept. 20th.

I don't see any problem with either a new league or a placeholder website before they've even announced anything. Will be interesting to see what if anything comes out on the 20th.

On IFF, they said the site would be up on the 5th. I guess what they meant was that the domain would go live on the 5th because the under construction went up on the 5th.

The website reports 7 teams are set to go and more are coming soon. The announcement will be October 31. Is this just the re-reincarnation of the Intense league or what is this?

I know that the Arkansas Stars (formerly of the NIFL) are joining this league, so I am guessing that they had a hand in starting it, too.

There is a possibility that the Wild will end up in this league, so I am hoping that the competition will be able to handle their dominance. ;)
