Question on level of play

I am just wondering what everyones opinion is on if the nhl lockouts how the level of play will be affected at the ahl,echl,uhl,chl, etc. will it get better because lower end nhl players go to the ahl causing a trickle down our what.

actually, there is 2 scenarios that might happen.

1- NHL sends its younger guys (two way contract) in the AHL for the lenght of the lock out. Meaning some AHL guys will be send down to AA leagues, and some AA guys will be send down to A leagues.

2- All players having a contract from an NHL team (2 way or 3 way contract) even if they where already playing AHL will also be lock out. Meaning some AA leagues guys will go in the AHL to fill the rosters and some A leagues guys will go to AA teams to fill the rosters.
