On another message board, I read this by someone talking about the salary cap of the NFL...
"The NFL disappointed me by allowing the veteran's exception (only part of the sal counts towards the cap), so I hope they are not moving towards the NBA in this regard. Still, the NFL version is much better."
I'm just curious, does anyone know if this is true? Also, what does the NFL consider as "Veteran" for this purpose? Anybody know?
