Do you think they're gonna announce anything soon?

The down time appears to be a server issue.

It's not the end of the world when a web site goes down.

That's true. But, you have to admit that most of the time a website oes down in the indoor community it's because of unpaid bills. I doubt that is going on in the GLIFL but it is the norm.

But message boards trogladytes who go into conniptions when a web site temporaily goes down are the new millenium equivalent of Chicken Little -- so much for "The Sky Is Falling," it's now "The Web Site is Down" that is the forbearer that the four horseman of the apocalypse are galloping towards Jerusalem or that in some celestial departure zone, Jesus' advance people are biding time "Saying I know he's the Son of God, but what's the hold up?"
Personally, I think that Paris Hilton's annoucement of her year-long celibacy rating a home-page link on msn.com and five inches of copy in my hometown paper speaks volume that our Class M planet has seen better days.
C'mon people. Sometimes some things don't work. And some times the back ups don't work either.
That's my opinion. I could be wrong.

Now if the site goes down repeatedly, then we can complain.

Many thanks, sir.
