This is copied from a statement on the APFL web site:

"Also, the APFL is currently in discussions with other leagues, including the Intense Football League, an indoor football league based in Texas, to form an association that may include a standard rule book, inter-league play, as well as an expanded play-off format. It is our hope that this association will bring better competition to the APFL communities, heighten the fan experience and provide a solid foundation as our young and growing League looks to the future. As always, everything we do is for the long-term good of Indoor Football in all our communities."

Interesting. Is this what the IFL has agreed to do because they have joined forces to fight the NIFL lawsuit and Mr. Adams is footing the legal bill?

With teams looking to leave the APFL and teams not happy with the leadership of the IFL, this is really hard to image.

What teams are not happy with leadership of the IFL? Look this isn't a IFL bash board. Go to your af2 board.

Upset with the IFL?

It was on the APFL "website," and that statement was a tacit admission that the APFL would bring "better competition" to THEIR (meaning APFL) cities by aligning with the Intense. You generally don't see leagues making that kind of admission... even inadvertantly.

Of course, the I will probably add Wichita and be done with it.
