From a Rage fan to the Marshal's

Just wanted to say best of luck to you guys... It was some game... Have to admit first quarter scared me a bit... We tend to be a second half team so once we shook off the rust and realized we need to play ,things came together. I had the chance to meet a few fans and you guys were great..

I guess we are even now that you guys knocked us out last year...:oops:

Thanks for a great playoff game.... Hope #18 is ok.... Know he had a injury and went to hospital....


Now on to the Guard...... Go Rage...

Ragefan, you are right the Cincy team is pretty good but had some things go wrong this year. I still think you guys were given a gimme game to warm up too, as Osceola is a better team that I thought could beat you guys. Anyhow, again you are right, on to the Guard, and your guys better not let their guard down, as it will be a lot better team you see this week, second half or not.

Were you at the Marshals and Rage game...even as a marshals fan I thought the Marshals' played better than what you would have expected, I know they played better than I thought that they would. Remember, when they played the Guard the entire offensive line didn't go to the game.

I still haven't heard anything abotu CHICO (#18) his injury was very wierd. His EYELID was cut from his brow to his lashes...it was pretty gross! I'm sure he's ok though he was released later that night. Thanks for your concern.

Hey marshalsfan80, it is kinda funny, how guard fans say they are getting no respect from others,(billings fans) but yet still everyone thinks that Osceola would have beaten Marshals in a playoff game, and we were given a gimme game. It will all unfold Sat night.
Interested to see what the post/threads will be if it ends up being a Aces/Rage championship, or how many threads/post preeths will have to lock down if it is a billings/guard championship.(with the trash talk)

The Marshals did play better than I thought they would or on the other side the Rage played worse than expected. Either way, we play every game with the hand we are dealt with, I have seen the Marshals play and I saw Osceola play, to me, and it's my opinion, the other O's are a better team from the games I saw in F'ville. I feel that Osceola would have gave you a much better game in St. Louis and had a better chance of the Rage coming up with a loss, that is why I said gimme game because of the previous two meetings. It's kind of like us playing Montgomery or C'town, little to no competition in both meetings with those teams for us.

Ragefan, you are correct in the point of respect, on here sometimes there is little, becuase people don't think before they post. To be honest, I don't think many teams from the Pac. conf. respect any from the Atlantic. The fans differ from one extreme to another for the way they feel about another person's team. I was always told to "Respect your opponent but never fear him". I hope I have shown that on here with very little trash talk. I try to say it like I see it. One thing for sure we will both know Saturday night who the final two teams are left standing in this league. Good luck to you and I hope to possibly meet you guys up there. BTW, how hard is it to get to the center (game)? Also, if there is any helpful info you have please pass it on to us Guard fans that might not be coming by bus. Thanks Drew.
