The Draft

What does everybody think of the draft today? Richmond took two good guys from the seals with Hammer and Dawes. I wish them well. That is if they show up to play for Richmond.

Regarding the Icebears players selected:

Obviously Bermingham, who is the brother of the Icebears coach, won't report, as he planned on retiring after last season's championship.

As for Akright, he was retired and living in Knoxville as of last year, and came out of retirement to help out the bears who needed defensive help at the time. I can't imagine him playing a second "post retirement" season for the icebears, much less anyone else.
