According to http://nwanews.com/nwat/Sports/42392/, it's the Louisiana Swashbucklers, but there's no way it actually is because Louisiana is part of the Intense Football League and is hosting Odessa tonight. So, who's really playing Arkansas and are there repercussions for using the name of a team from a rival league?

You never know preeths, they could be using that name because they still have them listed on the NIFL website. As far as the NIFL is concerned the BUCS should still be part of NIFFLE.

WHO KNOWS...but the NW ARK paper has been pretty bad on coverage all year long.

First of all they BEAT Odessa in a huge upset. Pretty good considering they were also said to be playing the AK Stars at the same time. If it was a slip by the Stars GM pre-game then he made the same again post game about whom they were playing. Was this a simple mistake or an in your face attempt to claim the LA Swashbuckler name? The IFl can not let this slide. Wonder how the team was announced during the game-FL or LA? If the LA name was used throughout the game and the IFL does nothing then they need to fold. No league can play without balls.

You may have a point in that using the name could open the Stars/NIFL up to a lawsuit from the real Swashbucklers/IFL.
