Did anyone read the Fayetteville Observer this past Saturday? There was an article about that night's game agaisnt Charleston and the QB for the Guard, Sean Withby-Allen, made a comment about how he doesn't want to get back on the Guard bus again because it has broken down on the past five road trips. For a bus with such a cool paint job, it sure does break down a lot.

As long as it stays runing before the game that is all that most owners worry about.

HA! Sounds like government - issue surplus. They didn't happen to pick it up from the Ken Keasey estate?

for those of you that has visited the crown coliseum and a guard game...these people are obsessed with free chicken wings...anytime the guard scores x amount of points the crowd gets free chicken...you would not believe how many people piss their pants with excitement when they get a free order of chicken....maybe with the bus being a piece of junk, they sohuld have lets say....if the guard scores 60 points, you will get a backyard mechanic to accompany you on the road trips!!!! believe me....in fayetteville there should be alot of country folks that can fix anything.

and from the looks of thing, the bus might not be needed again til 07
Yeah... we'll use a plane to fly to Billings if we get to the Indoor Bowl. ;)
I'm just messing. I'm still not 100% sure on how that tiebreaker would work, anyway. It's still pretty confusing. But, here's hoping Billings loses, so we don't have to worry about who hosts. I hope we don't use the bus for the RiverCity game (if they win their divisional round game). That would really drain the players. A plane flight would definltely be better... I just hope we could afford it.

Take the train (I don't know if Amtrak operates between the two cities or not. If not, just hop abord a freighter like the old, old days -- 1930s)
