The Elmira Jackals may have a spot in the ECHL for the 2007-2008 season. Also jackals released their new slogan for this season: " The beasts from the east"

Good, It's about time we got outta this hellhole they call the UHL!! United, yeah right, more like Unstable. This league is totally ridiculous, the past 5 years we've lost so many teams, it gives me a headache just thinking about it. We have DICK BROSAL to thank for it, too. what a lying A*shole. i give the Jackals one more season in the U, then they move to another league that will treat them w/ respect, the ECHL. DICK, you're shooting yourself in the foot, you moron, you'll be sorry when you're precious little league folds after the 07-08 season.

Huh? Doc Afr is a founder of the UHL and an ECHL team costs $1.5 million. There is no way he'll pay that and leave the UHL. For Elmira, it is the UHL or nothing.
