Adirondack officials meet today with a prospective owner. Danbury is in up to its' neck with the FBI. Roanoke and Missouri are finished. Richmond will resurface as Chicago. Motor city is suspended for one year. Has anybody seen Bloomington's logo? I am wishing I could go to the League meeting next week in Vegas. Nowher to go but up!

This is from the St. Charles Journal 6/11.

Nick Nichols, director of the Family Arena, said officials are working to book the building for the upcoming year. He said there is a possibility they could bring in another hockey team next year.

"We've been on the phone with another hockey league, whether it will come to something, I don't know," he said. "This year, I'd probably say no, but for 2007-2008, we're looking to bring in another team."

No worries here in MO., we might have to sit out a year, but we'll have another team soon.

Hmmm..... must be CHL, which has a lower operating budget than the UHL, so it might work. Certainly makes sense geographically....

I've heard CHL, but I'm hoping ECHL and an affiliation with the Blues. It would just make sense to have it here instead of Alaska
