I noticed on the latest AIFL standings that along with the Cardinals at 0-2 (filling in for Syracuse), there were the Blazers (0-1) and Scorpions (0-1). I was able to find a news article from the Reading Express that they would play the Philadelphia Scorpions for one of their Syracuse games. Who are the Blazers listed in the standings--another NAFL team?

The other fill-in this weekend was the Columbus Blackhawks of the Ohio Valley Football League, who played at Steubenville on Saturday. the AIFL Ghostchasers and Pennsylvania Cardinals did not play this weekend, despite the fact they are the league's two official traveling teams.

Never heard of the Blazers, perhaps just a misprint for Blackhawks...Who knows, and frankly at this point should we even care?

The company, looking to buy the AIFL, owns the NAFL having purchased it last month. GRWW.ob is the public stock name.

I just checked the AIFL web site and it now lists the Blackhawks with an 0-1 record instead of the Blazers.
