Looks like David Dix may have found new work:

Most likely. I'll be 100% sure instead of 99.44% Ivory Pure sure when they post a picture.

He shot a man in Reno just to watch him die.
No, wait, that was Johnny Cash.

He was a big part of the Asheville fiasco....

Which Ashville fiasco? The most recent one? Is he the doofus that hired Farmer Jim as his head coach?

Boyd and Dix were the owner and GM of Asheville respectively...Both are crooked it would seem:

Seems to me until I have real proof, Dix isn't much more than the scapegoat.
And of course I don't ever expect real proof.

exit brings up a good point. Things certainly didn't improve any when Dix left, so it makes me wonder if the problems with Asheville were elsewhere. At the very least, Boyd didn't set up a system with checks and balances for accountability, and at worst he's trying to blame the GM for bills he should have counted on.

Very same guy, his wife Caroline Heckman is also listed on the website.
David Dix is no longer employed at Laredolobos, leaving hotel bills unpaid there again. Will this never end?

David Dix had no ownership involvement with the Ghostriders, he was the general manager, hired by the AIFL prior to the team sale to Boyd. Boyd fired David Dix when cancelled checks appeared signed by David Dix.

Boyd only owned the team weeks before this fiasco happened.

My understanding was the AIFL itself owned the DebtChasers.
Not happy with any of them frankly. I lost $240 on that. Don't mind the money as much as the chance to take my boys to something besides boring baseball this summer.
