 With an attendance of almost 3,000 some nights, it is outrageous that a member of the coaching staff was involved in this type of incident. I am shocked at the complete lack of professionalism, cowardice, and the failure to uphold a level of baseball ethics. It is certainly something I do not want my children to see, especially a grown man attacking another man who never saw it coming. Congratulations to the pitching coach who sucker-punched someone and managed to get away uninjured, simply for the fact that he ran away immediately after nailing the guy.
I commend the decision to suspend a man who exhibited such foolish behavior. The ULB must be seen as a league that takes these things seriously, and this decision exemplifies just that.

coyotes1..

The coach from Laredo did not punch/hit/or swing at a player, he was just defending his pitchers as all do with umpires in the great game of baseball...
Unlike the pitching coach from the white wings. Who actually hit a player two totally different situations.
As far as attitude I believe we all have one in us somewhere even you with your responce!! No harm done freedom of speech I say, God speed!!!!!
Go Laredo Broncos!!!!!!!!8)

The Coyote slogan "Coyote by Choice, Aggressive by Nature"...what exactly does 'aggressive by nature' entail? If this aggression is caused by man-made materials that are derived from substances found in nature, then this is indeed a correct and informative slogan.
