Is it true that the owner of Rapid City and HP patterson is the same person? Howard Niel Weiner. If that is true then Shiver GAVE him that franchise knowing what he did last yr in Cincy. And what does that tell you about her integrity towards the other OWNERS in the league, after all she still has Anthony Pawonski or however you spell it still an owner also. getting pretty thin for quality owners I guess. {Removed by admin}. :cool:

The State of Florida birth certificate of the person in question shows his name as Howard Neal Wiener. Someone with Cincinnati identified him as the man he knew as HP Patterson.

The National Indoor Football League is proud to announce that Point Barrow, Alaska, has been awarded an expansion franchise for the 2007 season.
The Point Barrow Pointers will be operated by local businessman Patterson HP Wiener Neal Howard Smith and will play in the large building currently used to store some of the larger oil drilling equipment. Instead of artificial turf, the team will play on frozen tundra.
