Most people have already heard that. I personally think that the GLIFL should get the team. The AIFL is trying to become the next indoor football juggernaut and is overexpanding, while the GLIFL is not going to expand too much unless every team has a good owner.

A team in La Crosse would be good but i dont think the GLIFL is the way
to go right now Battle Creek is the closest team and thats a 7 1/2 hour
453 mile drive for the closest team.

Put some teams in Madison, Eau Claire, Fond du Lac (Mr. Reeths' hometown) and a few other closer cities).

It's an even further drive from Troy or Canton or Steubenville to the LAX.

you could put teams in those citys yes but the GLIFL wants
local owners and if they cant find them what sence does it
make to put 1 or 2 teams 400+ miles away from the next
closest city

I am sure the GLIFL does not want to grow to fast they
dont want to be the next NIFL or AIFL.

No, the GLIFL does not want to jeopardize the existing team's schedules by overexpanding into areas that clearly were not ready to support a team.

The AIFL is facing scheduling issues already with the failure of the Ghostriders, and the pending demise of the Stampede will do the same to the Northern Division. It's just not fair to the owners who do put in the time, energy, and money to allow fly-by-night franchises who aren't even trying to succeed.

Haines' interest in LaCrosse is related directly to the GLIFL's interest there first.
